Value Management and the PMO

What is value management and why is it important? Value management is very easy to say and very hard to do. Identifying and reaching a consensus on what constitutes a value stream is difficult enough. But deciding which critical points along the stream can and should be managed can require a transformational experience, along with vigorous executive support to make it happen.
