Our Agile Quick Start program is designed for individuals and teams to get up to speed quickly and consistently with Agile ways of working. You will get hands-on experience on what it means to work and think in an Agile manner, using techniques that are framework independent.

An Agile Quick Start digital badge will be available upon successful completion of the course from Skills Development Group.
This program will contribute 7 PMI® professional development units (PDUs) towards your chosen certification (7 Ways of Working).
What you will learn
- Why agility is important and how it is defined through the 4 values and 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto.
- The Value Lifecycle and the different stages that we iteratively pass-through.
- The roles and responsibilities of a typical agile team.
- The key events and activities of the iterative (Scrum) and continuous (Kanban) workflow.
- The discovery process and key practices including the idea, personas, user stories, prioritisation, estimation and the definition of done.
- The agile approach to elaboration.
