Mary C. Zarba, MBA, CBAP, is an accomplished healthcare management professional who has transitioned to an Agile coach role. With over 30 years of experience, she brings an ideal blend of healthcare, IT expertise, and strong leadership skills to the table. She has demonstrated proficiency in training healthcare business analysts and IT project managers. Additionally, as a Director of Operations at Rocky Mountain Cardiology, she managed multi-faceted projects, showcasing her agility and ability to drive complex initiatives - a testament to her readiness for Agile coaching. 

In her role as Director of Support Operations at High Country Health Care, Mary successfully spearheaded the design and operation of an extensive eight-site network, demonstrating her potential to lead large-scale Agile transformations.
