My career has always focused on helping companies attract and more importantly retain top talent across both the ANZ region and the UK. After 10 years in the Australian recruitment industry, I saw a growing shift, organisations were looking for better ways to keep their people engaged. One of the most effective approaches is continuous training and development.
Since then, I’ve partnered with some of the region’s largest employers to design training and development programs across a wide range of industries, including financial services and mining.
What drew me to Skills Development Group was the team’s shared passion and commitment to helping clients unlock the full potential of their employees. It’s inspiring to work alongside people who share my drive to help individuals develop, grow, and thrive in their careers.
