The Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring Canvas provides a way to collaborate, discuss and the activities that need to happen and challenges that will arise at the start of an initiative for each of the stages in planning and monitoring.

The Lean Initiative Canvas is a simple one-pager used to facilitate a discussion about a new feature or capability from a user's perspective that is used to make decisions around prioritisation and planning. This should be completed as a collaborative activity.

A Rolling Roadmap is a planning tool that connects the strategy to the planning of work that continuously updates and evolves as time progresses by rolling to the left, typically maintaining a consistent time horizon by adding new future items that are less detailed the further out the plan stretches as well as removing completed or outdated items on a consistent basis.

Success Tradeoff Sliders allow us to understand and prioritise the most important dimensions of a product or initiative from most fixed to most flexible so that we can work on the most important things. This is a collaborative exercise between the team and the stakeholder and no two sliders can be at the same level.
