"The central agile principles of supporting, trusting, and motivating the people in your team is a philosophy that really resonates with me."
About Chloe
I've worked on a lot of large-scale project delivery contracts with Subway, Bidfood, and local government. It's amazing that I wasn't introduced to agile until I joined SoftEd, part of Skills Development Group – I was an immediate convert.
The more I've learned about agile, the more I've realised that, in many ways, I have always been agile in my approach. In my role with Logan City Council, for example, I worked with various internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors, juggling multiple streams of work and priorities.
Professionally, I've focused on finding growth and development opportunities, both for myself and for the organisation I work for. What most excites me about my role in customer service and sales is helping clients find the best solution to meet their needs.
When I am not at work, I'm agile in a different way. I love the outdoors, especially camping and fishing. I live in Brisbane, and we have a lot of great bush to explore outside the city. Keeping active is the perfect partnership – a healthy agile mind and a healthy agile body.
