About Elizabeth

In her more than 20 years’ experience in education, both in New Zealand and the UK, Elizabeth has found that everyone has a different toolkit of resources they draw on to adapt to different situations.

One of the biggest rewards of working in the sector is helping people develop new skills that can help them be, not just better employees or managers, but better people.

With qualifications in e-learning and adult learning Elizabeth develops workshops and courses that are engaging and add value. She is able to work with subject matter experts to translate technical and complex concepts into accessible, user-friendly learning programmes that are specifically designed for adult learners.

Elizabeth has been a critical part of our Instructional Design team since 2018 and is excited by the way Covid-19 disruption has led to a re-think about how people connect online within organisations, and how that can make for much more accessible and inclusive learning experiences.

Since 2007, Elizabeth’s education work has included teaching adults how to become mentors to teenagers, and working with parents who are training to be early childhood educators. She’s also been involved with Think on your Feet since 2019

Elizabeth also practices what she preaches by often undertaking study as part of her own professional development.

When not discussing the latest trends in learning and development, you can find Elizabeth out on the trails on her mountain bike or on the tennis court perfecting her forehand.
