About Kinzie

I've been in the training and education space since 1995, working as an IT Training and Account Manager for Merisel and ASPE Technology. I'm most passionate about helping people grow professionally and supporting businesses to build their workforce. 

While I was working at CPrime Learning, I was introduced to agile. I really connected with agility as an adaptable approach to delivering high-quality solutions through close collaboration. I then spent a year at the Center for Leadership Studies, supporting the delivery of training in Dr Paul Hersey's Situational Leadership® Model. 

I became part of the SoftEd team in 2019, excited by the challenge of supporting the growth of the US business, which had only been around for a few years. Helping build something from the ground up is very fulfilling, and it's inspiring to be surrounded and supported by such an experienced agile team. 

My favourite thing about working at SoftEd, part of Skills Development Group, is getting to meet lots of different people from all sorts of companies and backgrounds. I've found that while we are all different, there is so much that connects us and that we can learn from each other. 

When I'm not at work, I love cooking for my family and getting together to go boating. Or when I get some time to myself, I like to read or watch one of my favourite TV series.
