Lean Portfolio Management Supporting Ongoing Transformation
18 March 2024
The rapid pace of change and volatile environment that we operate in today means that the ability to rapidly respond and change direction is now a core competency for organisations. Transformation is not a project with an end-state, it is an operational reality – adapting and responding to change IS business as usual.
Given this need to continually evolve then we need to adopt new ways of managing the products and value streams that make up the business. Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) is a key component of this new way of working. In this webinar we explore the key foundations of LPM, explore the structural and cultural environment that is needed for successful adoption of LPM and look at pitfalls to avoid on this journey.
