The GROW Canvas is a structured coaching tool that helps facilitate meaningful coaching conversations to help plan, take notes and review each of the four stages of the GROW coaching model.

The Problem Statement Canvas provides focus and frame for a problem that allows ideas to be compared and ensure that scope is contained. It may cover many different “problems” so that we can then define and review our scope.

A Use Case clearly and consistently documents a system's functional requirements, making it easier for stakeholders to understand the system's intended behaviours and interactions. The header defines the use case, the main flow identifes the happy path and follows the sequence of actions and outcomes and the exceptions and actions are triggered from the main flow (they are the other or alternate scenarios).

The Communications Roadmap is a lightweight strategic planning tool that outlines the approach and methods for communicating key messages and obtaining feedback from stakeholders on a regular basis.

The Lean Initiative Canvas is a simple one-pager used to facilitate a discussion about a new feature or capability from a user's perspective that is used to make decisions around prioritisation and planning. This should be completed as a collaborative activity.

A Persona allows us to create empathy for customers and to provide insights into who the audience is, what their expectations and behaviours are likely to be, and how to craft an effective user experience and allow us to relate to then and stand in their shoes. There will be a persona for each unique type of customer or user.

A Product Stakeholder Map is a visual representation that identifies and categorises the various individuals, groups, or organisations that have knowledge on or connections in relation to a product, helping to prioritise engagement strategies and manage relationships effectively.

A Rolling Roadmap is a planning tool that connects the strategy to the planning of work that continuously updates and evolves as time progresses by rolling to the left, typically maintaining a consistent time horizon by adding new future items that are less detailed the further out the plan stretches as well as removing completed or outdated items on a consistent basis.

Success Tradeoff Sliders allow us to understand and prioritise the most important dimensions of a product or initiative from most fixed to most flexible so that we can work on the most important things. This is a collaborative exercise between the team and the stakeholder and no two sliders can be at the same level.
