A Rolling Roadmap is a planning tool that connects the strategy to the planning of work that continuously updates and evolves as time progresses by rolling to the left, typically maintaining a consistent time horizon by adding new future items that are less detailed the further out the plan stretches as well as removing completed or outdated items on a consistent basis.
